April Recap

I haven't really got that much to talk about this month. I must admit though I have been quite lazy when it comes to the blog, though I think thats down to the amazing weather we had the past couple weeks so we've been out enjoying that :). Amazingly I haven't actually bought that much! Just the cream dress from my bare legs post and I think thats pretty much it!

I'm selling some of my older clothes on ebay, ones that I either have never worn and arent my 'style' anymore or things that don't fit. Most of the auctions are ending today though I still have a few more things to put up. I must admit though, the clothes aren't the greatest but if you want go check them out. 

Also, like I said in my last post, I'm looking into getting a new phone in the next week or so. I definately want a smart phone after having my iphone for 2 years but it's incredibly slow now (its only 3G) and most apps just crash/go too slow to use. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

Raspberry

Only just getting round to doing a post this week! My parents have been away on a cruise around egypt so I've been left in charge of the house/looking after my brother. Along with that and working loads of overtime over the bank holidays and doing loads of assignments that should have been done earlier, I just haven't had the chance to blog this week! 

Also, I've been looking into getting a new phone for a while now - I've currently got an iPhone 3G which is starting to get extremely slow to the point I can barely use it. I bought a HTC Wildfire back in December but I just didnt like it at all, so I'm still on the lookout for a new phone. If anyone has any recomendations, please say! :) 

I think I've found a new love! Just as the colder weather is starting to go, I've realised my love for these tights haha! I've put them on before a few times, but never actually worn them out the house, but I decided to finally wear them today! I really like how they just brighten up what would have been a dull outfit with black tights. Hopefully next winter I'll get the courage up to wear them more!

Today has been a really lazy week haha! After work on sunday, my parents decided to have a BBQ! It was our first one of the year. It feels so strange having BBQ's in April haha! We had another BBQ during the week too! How exciting hehe! Shane and I also camped out in the garden because it was too late to go camping, though it was absolutely freezing during the night. I think I'll remember that the next time I want to go camping in April haha! Well I'm back to college on wednesday which I'm not looking forward to. I havent done any assignments and I have an interview for an art course (though I havent done any art in 4 years!). Hope everyone's had a good easter!

Bare Legs

Hello summer! Seriously what's happened to spring haha (not that I'm complaining). The weather the past 2 days has seriously heated up, with it apparently reaching around 23-25C yesterday and today. Though I was doing some overtime at work today so I didnt get the chance to enjoy it, it was still really hot when I got out at 6 and I had a lovely BBQ with shane after we took these pictures. :) I can't believe how much this place has changed since we last took pictures here! Its so strange looking back at all my last posts here and seeing the change in growth of the greenery.

I've actually got this dress in red too. When I bought the red one, I didn't know that they also sold it in blue and cream, but I saw it a few weeks ago when I went back in (I swear I must live in H&M). When I went on search of it the other day, I was so happy to find it and in my size too! How perfect hehe! I thought it was best styled just simply with a brown belt, shoes and a lovely handmade floral crown :).Well I hope everyone has a good weekend! :)

Lakeside Harbour

The weather has been absolutely amazing lately, like 21C, in April?! Something is up haha! Shane and I had a great (but extremely cold) night camping out in my back garden, though I had to get up during the night and put Shanes pj bottoms on top of mine and my dressing gown with my duvet and cover and I was still cold haha! I can't wait till we go camping in the Isle of Wight in May hopefully with some of our friends!

I bought this playsuit from the Kissing Tree Vintage about a month ago, and I am in love with the pattern. Everytime I put it on though, I just didn't know how to style it but since the weather has warmed up it was the perfect time to try it out. I just kept it simple with one of the crown's I made last week - I can't believe how perfectly the colours match hehe! We went for a little walk around a local holiday park which has a little harbour, lakes and a fairground. Just a perfect day! :)

Yellow

Remember one of the yellow skirts from my wish list that I said I ordered? Well it arrived this morning and I actually couldn't love it more! It fits perfectly, the material is so light and soft, the pattern is so cute and its yellow haha! I think I'm in love (sorry Shane hehe). You can't actually see it that well, but its tiny little triangles. I realised whilst I was trying to style it up that I actually have no tops! I cleared out my wardrobe the other day of all the things I haven't wore before or for a while to sell on ebay, but I didn't realise that the majority of that was my tops haha! More shopping maybe? hehe! 

So I'm so excited, after I've finished this post Shane and I are off to camp in my back garden hah! We wanted to go camping today, but didn't really have time to go anywhere (we decided at like 2 this afternoon) so we decided to set the tent up in my garden and camp out tonight! Eee, I'm so excited! Hopefully I'll have another post on wednesday! :)

Photo Diary: Week 6

Wow, I can't believe I'm already on my 6th week of this! It really doesn't seem like that long at all :) Since I decided to buy the new Hipstamatic app last sunday I've been going crazy taking pictures of pretty much everything haha! :) I really like how you can customise pretty much all the effects, unlike Instagram which just has the few to choose from, and I've found its a lot quicker too. I'd definately recommend buying Hipstamatic :) Anyway, onto this weeks pictures!

Spring Wish List

I really have been such a bad blogger this week! I thought that I'd be able to actually get some posts in since we're off college for 2 weeks now, but nope. I've just been so lazy! Though I did clear my wardrobe out yesterday and found 48 things to sell that have either never been worn or have only worn once/twice before. Ebay wont let me list more than 10 things a month though because I'm just a new seller which sucks because I just want to get rid of it all and make some money to save for paying for my course in september and hopefully a holiday to florida next february with Shane! :)

I've noticed that I'm starting to like a lot of yellow things now. I've never really liked yellow before, but I think this is getting a little crazy now haha! I've actually ordered the Urban Outfitters skirt and shoes in the sale, so hopefully they're decent! I also ordered everything on there from H&M but theres a couple things I'm unsure on, such as the maxi skirt (1.) and the playsuit. I was thinking of keeping the skirt, then if I decide I dont like it then maybe shortening it to a normal length? Oh the decisions ha! 

Also since I've just recently hit 100 followers, I'm hoping to do a giveaway! Keep checking out for that, since I don't actually have anything to give away, but I do have something planned if it works out ok! :) Have a good weekend!
